Curriculums I currently use with my children include Oak Meadow, Blossom and Root and Ninos y Nature.

what education/certification do you have?

CERTIFIED NATURE JOURNALING AMBASSADOR THROUGH WILD WONDER.

Bachelors Degree in Psychology. The teachers I partner with to create our curriculum are masters in their craft and hold current licensure to teach within the state of Missouri.

What should I expect on first day?

Parents should expect to stay on site with their child through their time in the classroom. Our classroom offers your child an enclosed learning space featuring scores of native plants, insects, art supplies, tools and open ended toys. Our sensory garden, vegetable garden and forest campus will allow your young learners to create, farm, work and play together with like minded families and members of their community.

Upon arrival we will participate in circle time followed by a group activity that can be adapted to each age group.

What should I bring?

Please bring your child’s nature journal, a change of clothes, sturdy shoes and a snack. Dress for the weather. There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing.

We’re all parents. If you forgot it, I have it. I love sharing food with others and will have snacks available at every gathering. Breaking bread with those in our community is a sacred act that brings joy to my family. If you also have this love, please feel free to bring foods you would love to share.
